INGREDIENTS
350ml vodka (40%)
125g (4oz) sugar
4 bay leaves
1 sprig rosemary
7 mint leaves
2 camomile teabags
7 sweet basil leaves
7 dried lime leaves
10 sage leaves
2 cloves
pinch saffron

METHOD
Steep the botanicals in the alcohol for 20 days. Shake regularly.
Dissolve 4oz sugar in water to 150ml. Strain the herbs and add the vodka to the sugar water. Add glycerol if required. Makes litre.
Sweeten to taste and then final SG should be about 1070.
Leave for 4 weeks before consuming.
